Me and my wife would like to thank Browne Homes. We had some costly issues with our newly built home. After confronting Chris and his team and without a blink of an eye he said they would take care of all of the issues. Which they have done. We have dealt with other builders and we can tell you now that most if not all would not have taken care of the issues to the extent that they have taken it to. Recently closed on our home in Weeki Wachee built by Browne Homes. What a wonderful experience! After looking at numerous other new construction homes, Browne homes stuck out to us immediately. The small details they put into the house didn’t go unnoticed such as finishing work, tile choices, and design.
