Phoned Peter to book our pick up from Brisbane airport. He asked to send a txt with pick up details. No confirmation received. Followed up with another txt making sure my son and I are not stranded at the airport coming back from Europe. He read both texts. Still no communication or confirmation received. Highly unprofessional. I had to make different arrangements. There are better companies out there.
