Very Difficult to Please Homeowner My husband and I are type of people who know exactly what we want; "it can't be done" is not in our mind set. Excellent Work We recently bought a nice home with a horribly executed patio. homeowner Loved our contractor, Ben Browne / Browne & Associates! Ben spent a lot of time working with us on design ideas for our paver patio and fire pit and had great ideas. Ben helped us keep our project on budget and it was completed in a timely manner. It is refreshing to find a contractor who uses quality materials, good craftsmanship, and takes pride in his finished work product. Not happy at all Grade: C- Mr. Browne did not stand by his guarantee to replace perennials that did not survive one year. I contacted him and he said he would get back to me but never did. The irrigation system was supposed to be guaranteed. It did not cover the very small patch of grass in my back yard. The pop up heads installed were to short. When I asked Mr. Browne about this he told me to mow the grass shorter. I had ground cover called wooly thyme laid in between the sandstone. Most died. Imagine my surprise this year ... read more
