I hate that I have to even give them 1 star. I dropped my 2 year old Great Dane at 7am and at 9am I saw him being humped and called and told them. I then picked him up at 4 pm and took him home. I looked at him and he is missing chunks of fur on his back and blood on his inner thighs. They did not tell me that this had happened at all! As someone who has worked at a dog daycare this is unacceptable! I talked to the manager this morning and was so disappointed. They told me that multiple dogs had humped him and been moved. RecommendedI love this place. My dog has anxiety from a bad experience at another local national chain. Snoopy was in and out in minutes! they are great with nervous pets!
I am so appreciative of BrownDog Lodge offering healthcare professionals free boarding and daycare for our pets while the shelter in place orders are in effect. I’ve taken Nola to the PetHotel in Petsmart in the past for daycare, and she was always full of energy when I picked her up. Brown dog was able to accommodate me when I went into labor early. They were able to keep us updated so we had no worries. Highly recommend them.

Working at a shelter and having some of our shelter pups come to Browndog has been so fun! They get to run around and play and meet new dog friends! The BDL staff is so great and love all their dogs as their own. Totally watched Kristy and BB play on the webcams. Love y'all. <3
