Skilled and Trustworthy Mechanics Let me start off by saying I'm new to cars and the 2011 car I drive is a second-hand car that wasn't properly taken care of by the previous owners. My wife and I were visiting friends in Rochester NY, when the check engine light came on. Our friends recommended that we contact Browncroft Service Center. We called and spoke with a nice man (Bob) he advised us to drive the car to his shop located on Washington Street. When we arrived Bob was courteous when speaking with him. He took the car right into the shop and did a diagnosis.
