Bob and his crew and fantastic. So great to find mechanics who are honest and knowledgeable. Helped me out in a real pinch and got me back on the road at a fair rate.
Brought in my car that was having multiple issues; they were honest, excellent at diagnosing the problems-super thorough-great communication. I highly recommend!

Bob and Steve helped me out getting a 1967 Firebird running well after sitting for a few years, and also diagnosed and fixed a 2007 Solstice with a zombie OnStar draining my battery dead overnight. They were flexible getting the cars in and making progress on some time consuming diagnoses with battery drains on each.
My family has used browncroft service center for the past 20 years for our cars and trucks. If youre looking for a mechanic in the rochester ny area, Bob always makes sure to get your vehicle back to you as quick as possible, does great work, and most importanly, he is honest. From inspections, tires, breaks, oil changes, and weird noises, i always go to browncroft service center!
