I think the negative reviews are very unfortunate. My experience with Mr. Brownback was a 10-star, if there were such a rating. He was sensitive and caring - and the outcome of my case could not have been better. He not only got the job done, but he got it done professionally and humanely. I would - and will - recommend him to anyone I have a chance to!
Had a case handled by this law firm over 2 years ago--communication was scarce & only through his legal assistant, but he did get the job done & the outcome was favorable. I am now in need of his services again for a speeding violation, & have left a message on voicemail 3 days in a row--with no return call at all. I find that highly unprofessional, when there are a plethora of lawyers in this area who are eager to (and can easily) handle such a case.
