I've used B&B for many years never making any changes to my policy. when I finally need additional insurance it took three calls to finally get a return call and then I still didn't get a return call with quotes. horrible service!
I have been working with Mitchell McNamara for about three years on two home insurance polices and my vehicle. He has been the most responsive individual I have ever had the opportunity to work with! He makes insurance easy and fast! I needed a change in my policy, bam! It’s done same day! I feel super lucky to have super a reliable person in my corner.
The worst insurance company ever. They take a while to respond and are still partial when there is an accident, making inappropriate decisions benefiting themselves.
