Had an awesome experience acquiring my 2025 Hummer EV Pickup with Collin and Steven. Was able to complete nearly entire process online via text and email and get a great deal. They even delivered to my home in APEX! Great service, follow through and attention to details. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Absolutely terrible Service dept. I have been a lifelong customer for over 20yrs. Have bought multiple vehicles from them and i had alot of problems but always made it right but now cant even get a call back. I took my truck in for Service, waited 2 weeks with several problems and soon as i picked up i ran hot where they tested radiator and didn't fill it back up with coolant, i found the fender well in back of truck, Went right back and had to get the coolant from them and fill myself while he put the fender well in. This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever went to. My boyfriend has spent countless of dollars at this place and the way he was treated on our last visit was unacceptable. He recently purchased a $120,000 GMC truck from out of town. He charges his truck at this Brown & Wood on the weekend which has not been a problem until recently.
