I have never been here in person but if making or canceling an appointment is any indication of how they run the office - I’ll pass. I’ve been trying to call for 2 days and I’m always at least 15th in line on the phone- morning or afternoon. Ridiculous.

This urologist's customer service is the worst I've ever seen. My doctor sent them a referral a few weeks ago, and they say they didn't receive it. So my wife sent it to them personally a week ago, and they say they didn't receive it either. I told my doctor, so he decided to send the referral again, and they still say they haven't received it.
