An absolutely awesome experience. The staff is beyond kind and put my very anxious child at ease! Super fast as well! I recommend this lab wholeheartedly!
I was trying to make another appointment in the complex and even though they were busy they worked me in so I was able to complete my labs and make my appointment. Very professional without losing the human touch.
I've never had an issue with getting blood drawn, but I felt a rare panic attack coming on today more or less out of the blue as I sat in the chair. I asked to step outside for a moment and the phlebotomist helping me *immediately* said "of course," and then checked in on me a few minutes later to let me know I could always come back another time, there was no pressure, etc. Literally exactly what I needed to hear.
