I believe it’s just as important to acknowledge excellence as it is to voice concerns. After a previous visit that left me very upset, today’s experience was a total 360-degree turnaround. I am writing to report an issue I experienced at the blood draw center during my recent visit. When I arrived, the staff member at window #1 was wearing dark glasses and appeared to be using her phone rather than assisting patients. This caused confusion and delayed service, as it was not clear whether she was available to help or aware of patients waiting. Additionally, when I did interact with her, I found her to be rude.
