Can't get any tests done here and the lab lead was completely useless and unhelpful. Should hire better people in the medical field.
I called in advance because my lab was not performed correctly a few days ago, on the phone the staff told me I had to redo it and printed the info for me. I arrived at 3:54 and I heard the staff member complaining about the line of patients and she would be late for her second job. The staff said they had no idea who spoke to me on the phone earlier and told me to go upstairs to my primary care to get a lab slip and come back. Sanderson Rd, Smithfield 6/20/25 I noticed there were a couple of tests missing on my paperwork. Felicia said there was enough to have them done and went out of her way to contact my doctor and get them faxed over. She saved me from having to go back. The staff there is amazing!! Thank you Felicia!!
