Tried calling several times. They don't answer the phone and do not return calls when l leave a message
I and my late husband have used this lab many time and we're very pleased. The last time I needed bloodwork I went there after their posted lunchtime. I rang the bell and no-one answered. I went back to my car and called, no answer. I went to the door 3 more timed and no-one was there. I ended up leaving and had to make another trip on another day. Not very reliable.
Do not bother calling or leaving this place a voicemail. They will not pick up or listen to the message. My doctor left an urgent verbal order over the phone as her fax wasn’t working and they never got back to her. I went there twice yesterday and they told me both times they had nothing for me. I left three messages to see if it was there before I came back the second time in person, the phlebotomist barely raised her eyelids to look at me and tell me she had no order (phone ringing in background).
