Best shipping company in Nebraska. Recently Brown has under gone a few changes. The changes made were nessicary and have sense had a greatly positive impact on every aspect of the company. During the course time that these changes were happening a few things didn't go as planned and things such as delivery dates and customer pick- ups were missed. We have an order sitting on their dock for ten days that no one at Brown can seem to tell us when they can deliver it. We asked if we could just pick it up instead of waiting on them and was given a response that they would have to locate it in the trailer in their yard. We have yet to hear back from them. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR TRUST THIS COMPANY TO HAUL FREIGHT THAT HAS A DELIVERY DATE THEY NEVER INTEND TO KEEP!
