Excellent service by Jared. What was supposed to be a simple outlet fix turned into a scavenger hunt at a commercial building. He handled it great, got everything worked out and was happy to educate about details. He's a great example of how someone who enjoys their work gets the job done right, while being a great experience for the customer. Thank you!
Jared from Brown Town Electrical did an amazing job wiring our hot tub and fixing our generator outlet. He was patient and polite when I had a bunch of questions. He made sure the job site was clean and was apologizing for the mess while he was working, which was not necessary. We will use them again!
I’ve never had electrician be as efficient, effective and friendly as Jared from brown town. I had some lights installed and outlets replaced for a big kitchen remodel, Jared went above and beyond in every aspect during the installation. He was very clean and professional when we had him working, whenever we had questions he would explain exactly why he was doing the work he was doing. I’ve never written a review for anywhere because it seemed like a waste of time, but for brown town electric I needed to write a review. The electrician on site was Jared, we just needed some outlets moved so we could have better placement for what we needed, from the moment Jared walked we knew he would be the Picasso of electrical. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Had a chandelier installed with some specific devices to operate the light and they made it happen. Fantastic attitude, listened to what I requested and gave some great advice for alternative options...even did some touch up painting due to a smaller canopy that came with the light...all at a very reasonable price.
