Jim toland is a liar. Will tell you what you whatever sounds good even though it's a straight out lie. Would not recommend this man to an enemy. Waited until after my first court date to even speak to the d.a. sent me to court by myself with a paper that the judge literally laughed at, and said "Mr toland should know we don't do this" .
