Overall, our doctor Amber & staff are great, but the problem is with tech support. When we just need to update our phone, we can access my ConeHealth, they just don't want to work even if we go through all the verification. I am done. Yes, I am going to a new doctor because of the lazy incompetent tech support.

The office manager is very unprofessional and racist. They made me feel so uncomfortable here and I will never return!
Unprofessional, Providers are heartless and they have been repeatedly billing me fraudulently.
My family physician of nearly 30 years recently joined this practice. Her name is Rafaela Aguilar. It took me a few weeks to track her down because the practice she left wouldn't tell where she went. They said they weren't allowed! Thanks to Google, I found her!!!! I went for my first visit in this location that is new for us both, and I LOVE it!
