I couldn’t be happier with my Aligner treatment. The results have far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Sunny and the entire team at Brown Street Dental were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The treatment itself was easy to manage, and I was genuinely impressed with how quickly I started seeing results. I highly recommend Brown Street Dental for Aligners or any dental work.
DO NOT ATTEND THIS CLINIC IF YOU HAVE A NEEDLE OR DENTAL PHOBIA!!! I had a horrific experience here with Sunny. After making the dentist very aware of my severe phobia of needles and also telling him clearly I could only manage any exposure to them under strong sedation, he completely ignored what I said and caused me to have an incredibly traumatic experience. Run, don't walk, to Brown Street Dental! The clinic is modern and relaxed, and the staff are very welcoming and experienced. I recommend BSD for children and adults. You'll be in very capable hands with Dr Sunny and his team.

This practice openly discussed my dental needs within earshot of patients in the waiting room on two occasions. Both times I politely asked for my privacy to be protected. I was told that my privacy couldn’t be assured under their small town business practices. Then my next appointment was revoked and I was told to find another dentist. Brown Street Dental do not abide by the privacy act or demonstrate any duty of care. I do not recommend this Brown Street Dental for your dental needs.
