I've been going to Brown St Auto since 2020. Mike and the guys are top class. They don't break your bank, they do not give you any BS, just straight business. They'll make sure you're taken care of and anything that isn't "pressing" to fix they'll bring to your attention and give you options. Rather than working on it and charging you more without your say so like most shops. There's no other place i'd go!
Brown Street Auto did my brake job a few months ago. The front brakes started making noises, so I took my car back. They replaced them immediately without any questions asked, no charge, no hassle, and no nonsense. It was the best experience I’ve had at a mechanic shop. Thank you so much! And Jesse is incredibly sweet and cute. I love him!

Dude, these guys suck. Took my truck in to pick a brake caliper, just to get that done it took 3 months, I did say no rush but jesus 3 months? Then they "got it done" paid 800 for that, then it didn't even work. Didn't stop. Took it back they said the whole system was bad because somone put transmission fluid in it. I know I didn't. Not sure who did then. So they say they can do it for 1700 with some after market parts. So they do it, I get it back and it doesn't work they say master cylinder (upcharge) also the engine start... read more
Mike was very professional and knowledgeable! Had my car looked at and fixed within a 1/2 hour of my arrival at the shop. Very fair pricing! Will definitely use again!
