WE PURCHASED A FOUR COIL BURNER FOR OUR KITCHEN IN JANUARY OF 2024, AFTER SPENDING A DAY AND HALF TRYING TO DEAL WITH SUMMIT APPLIANCE AND NOT GETTING ANY SATISFACTION OF GETTING THE CORRECT KNOBS, ETC., WE DECIDED TO TURN TO BROWN STOVE WORKS IN CLEVELAND TENN. AND WAS MUCH SURPRISED THAT WE RECEIVED SUCH HELPFUL PEOPLE IN GETTING THE CORRECT PARTS WE NEEDED TO OPERATE THE UNIT!! IT WAS LIKE THINGS WERE IN THE PAST, HELPFUL, RESPECTFUL, RESOURCEFUL. Just bought a WEL05 electric cooktop for a rental property. the front of the cooktop does not sit down on the counter. There are 2 square pieces inside the cooktop that prevent it from sitting down on the counter top. The back of the unit fits fine. I emailed the service department and my answer was that is how it is made to release the heat. I am no cooktop engineer, but seems like a BS answer. Not quite sure how to proceed, cut the square pieces off or live with the unsightly lifted front.

Brown stove really does suck working for them they got people that's been here 15 years plus and they're allowed to get by with anything just like in The press room we have three guys that had the coronavirus but everybody in The press room has to wear the mask but the people that had the coronavirus that sets up the dies does not have to wear the mask but it is mandatory for everybody to wear them go figure our boss in the pressroom is telling the dai people that sets at the press duralast has fire anyone in The press room ... read more
