I have been working with Steven Brown & Associates for over 20 years and have always had a good experience when their services were required.
Back in June I tried to order a pump I needed. The salesman, I think his name was Richie, asked me if I wanted a motor also. I was like great one stop shop. Well several emails later, and he couldnt get the motor I needed. That's fine I was like never mind about the motor. A few weeks ago by and still no quote. I email asking what is going on and he said I canceled the order. I was like, no I still need the pump you couldn't get the motor, I didn't even ask for, I still need the pump.
