Been out if propane since Friday called the 1800 emergency service number 4 times it is now Sunday evening no call back.

Called and set up a week before to bring me 200 gallons of propane was quoted a price called the Monday before delivery to make sure they would be out the next day was told yes but then quoted a more expensive price said ok wife called to pay with debt card quoted another price more expensive gave them are info all 3 times talked to them asked for 200 gallon next day wife called to inquire when they would arrive there driver took it apon there self to not put 200 gallons of propane but fill my tank full then they decided to ... read more

Filled up the neighbors tank instead of my family members tank, charged them for it and then my family members tank ran out. Family member called to question this and Owner said he would "drop" my family right there if they questioned him about it. Terrible and unacceptable behavior. Police report should have been filed over that threat. Would give zero stars if possible.

Had them come out fill tank left fuel oil all over floor twice had them come out Oct 21st put a quarter tank of fuel oil in said it was full and woke up today to a empty tank

My first experience with them was decent, but not great. They filled up the tank and I was there in person to present them a check (for the discount). A few weeks later, I reviewed my credit card statements, I was shocked to find that they charged my credit card (on top of cashing in that check). I had to get them to remove this double-charge, in which they eventually did. So you all might want to double-check your statements to ensure they didn't double-charge you.
