Came over the next day after they were called out and within less than an hour had my AC up and running again.
An additional charge for plumber failure to have correct materials to complete job which led to a two day project. Talkative, easily distracted. No response to emails or telephone calls.
Anyone considering using Brown Service Group, Inc we highly recommend them. We have been very pleased with all the work (A/C, Heating, Electrical). Gary always tries to schedule you ASAP being friendly and courteous. Devonne, the technician is knowledgeable, polite and respectful. Thank you so much for the great work!
Brown Service Group Inc. is a FANTASTIC company, They came out to my house and fixed my A/C when the temps were 100 degree outside, they looked at the unit and knew exactly what the problem was and got it done quickly.
