Great insurance rates. Been using them for 15+ years.
I have my business and personal insurance with this company and they are always on top of it. Anything I need Dana gets it to me right away.
I work for a dealership here in Albuquerque, bar far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They would literally answer the phone and hang up as my customers were trying to add insurance to take their vehicle home. If I could give this place I would give negative stars. I would NEVER do business with this company. Unprofessional and rude.
My review is now 1 star since I have deducted a star for every poor interaction with this company, and I unfortunately still have ongoing business with them, and can't give negative stars. I'm attempting to cancel a home insurance policy for my Mother whom has passed away. When attempting to cancel the policy, I am told I need to provide paperwork that is no longer provided by the title company (HUD Settlement), when asked what I can provide in it's place, I'm simply told I have to prove the house was sold without any other ... read more
