I've had nothing but bad experiences with this office. Every time I call, it's a nightmare. The staff is rude, they act like you're a burden, and they hardly let you speak without interruptions. One morning, I tried to call for an hour, and somebody was picking up the phone and hanging it up. I tried to advise an office person that this was occurring. I was being polite and calm.
