I have only gone to browns electric a few times now and the customer service has been very nice except from the lady working at the front. Everytime i have interacted with her she has treated me like im stupid and in my opinion has been very disrespectful. I am not sure of the Ladys name who assisted me (Diane, I think) on 20 July 2026. I came to return two LED recessed lights since they did not fit (My error). I was going to replace the ballasts and get LEDs bulbs instead. She was very knowledgeable. She brought it to my attention I could direct wire without a ballast the LEDs. I appreciate her honesty and the savings that resulted. I highly recommend Browns Electrical Supply, and from now on they will be my "Go to" for electrical supplies. Thank You again.

Sold me the wrong part, laughed when I brought it back then tried to sell me 25 times more of what I needed to fix it. If I buy a meter setup for a service pole it should all be there. I don't care if it's 1/4 inch bolts. They have to work, no different than cable or meter. Then the 2" conduit straps didn't have nuts. I don't drive around in a parts van. That kind of stuff costs a lot of time.
