Overcharges students because they know that a student probably has nowhere else to go. First apartment was not very nice and was very expensive. Second apartment was nice but small, I literally moved across the street to an apartment that is twice the size for half the price. Usually rude when I asked any questions about the terms of the lease. Best landlords I have ever had! The Browns are incredibly responsive, respectful and honest. They made our renting experience easy and pleasant and are so kind. I wish they would move to NYC, we need more landlords like them here.

As other people said the landlords do not care about anything except money. Greedy.
