Iain Frost at Brown Honda of Toledo did an Awesome job as Sales Consultant during our purchase of a used 2015 Subaru Outback! He was very informative and adeptly conscious of our immediate needs. He was very polite and non aggressive in his sales tactics! Iain efficiently insured all the paperwork was accurate and we closed the deal with no hassle whatsoever... I have bought and sold many cars in my life. However I can not stress enough the absolutely positive experience I had with Ahamad Cheaib. AC went way over and beyond and saved me thousands of dollars. He was very professional, nice, but most of all looked out for my best interest. If you are looking for a car I know for a fact you will love Brown Honda and especially AC.
Drove by the lot on a Saturday after hours and seen a truck that interested my husband and I. Started a chat message with the dealer and got more information on it. Made an appointment with AC for Monday (next business day). Got to the dealer a little early because we were real excited about the truck. AC came out at 8:50- before opening and helped us!
