I scheduled an appointment for our septic system to be checked out. The day came, no call, no show. I had to make multiple phone calls. They said something came up, once again, no call. I rescheduled, made the trip over to our cabin, once again, no call, no show. I called them again, and they then informed it would be 2 to 3 weeks. I will NEVER do business with them again. When you tell a customer that you're going to be there, then follow through AND BE THERE!!! Or at least call. Ridiculous.
