This practice needs to be investigated by the Department of Health. The office was dirty, unsanitary and extremely unorganized. I was given the wrong medical records by a secretary named, Rebecca.(brown hair on the heavier side) The level of unprofessionalism was diabolical. She was rude, disrespectful and took no accountability for exposing confidential patient records & violating HIPPA. FIND ANOTHER OFFICE THIS PLACE IS HORRENDOUS.
Today I had my very first visit and I was treated so well. I didn't have to wait. My appointment was at two forty five, when I was in my room before that the doctor took her time and listened to everything I had to say and gave me what she thought would be good for me, advice. The staff also was very sweet and kind.They let me know what they were doing at all times. I would recommend this office to anybody that really needed it. Loving and caring.

Any doctor Involved with this organization should be ashamed of themselves. Completely predatory and deceitful practices against the middle class. $1200 for ER visit after INS pays. Then you get a bill from this organization on behalf of the doctor who saw you for like 2 seconds for $1100 and also after INS paid. Where is the attorney general with these practices?
