This place is a scam. I brought my own oil (Royal Purple) and an OEM Honda filter, and it still took them over an hour and a half to complete a simple oil change. When I got home, I found the entire 5-quart jug had been emptied into my engine. Way too much for my Honda Civic. Checked the dipstick confirmed it was overfilled. I had to book another appointment just to have it drained, costing me two hours of work. They removed about a quart during the correction. Took my car into Paul Brown for an AC recharge today & not only was it top-notch service, they offered the best rate in town and ensured there was no leaks, etc. Not to mention, they got me in the day after I called.
