I have been overweight since I was in High School (too many years ago). After trying all the diet plans and clubs and getting nowhere, I decided to give hypnosis a try. Pat told me I could stop smoking in 1 visit and I don't think I believed her, but it worked. I have been a non smoker now for over 3 months and the great thing is I didn't gain any weight or act like a bear from withdrawal like I did when I tried to stop before. Thanks Pat.
