Dr Brown scheduled me to see an oncologist and she didnt even do a biopsy to prove her finding of cancer and when i showed up for the appointment with the oncologist she couldn’t treat me because she had no records that stated that i needed an oncologist. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! I still get emails from the oncologist office that torments me to this day.
I wish I can give in minus. Horrible place and service. They make me wait in the room for 1 hour and 45 minutes. And that time I really need some urgent help with my problem. I asked 3 to 4 times to nurse for doctor and she keep said you are next.
Dr. Brown has always been very kind and patient with me.
This was my first time visiting an OBJYN and my experience was very pleasant. The staff were very kind and welling coming. The Doctor was very patient with me and made sure that I felt comfortable and answered any questions that I had. It was a very positive visit!
I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Brown at 11:30am today, and upon arriving at the office at 11:32am, I was told my appointment was cancelled and that the doctor had already left the building. Imagine my surprise and disappointment at this abrupt news. I was told that I was supposed to arrive 30 minutes prior to my actual appointment, though I didn't receive any reminder of this even though I actually called the office this morning at 10:50am to ask about filling out their paperwork online beforehand (which I did).
