Dr brown is an incredible oral surgeon and had the best bedside manner. His staff are caring and sweet as well. The office is immaculately clean and decorated beautifully. I've had two surgeries with him and both I've healed very well.
His office deserves 10*s.. Dr. Brown is the BEST Oral Surgeon to go to and has an Amazing Staff. He explained everything, answered all of our questions. Our son had major work done. Dr. Brown called late that night to check on him and advise what to do. We Really Appreciated that.
Front desk staff is unprofessional and does not fully do their job with communicating important insurance or appointment information. I ended up getting a very high and unexpected bill in the mail after already paying hundreds the day of my appointment because assumptions were made regarding my insurance and full information was not provided to me prior to my appointment. I also waited 4 hours before my appointment with no type of apology given afterwards.
