The officer manager at the Hickory location was not only rude to me but extremely rude to my disabled client! she got upset that my client with cerebral palsy had me call in so she called the client who has cere palsy and basically asked her is she not capable of calling for herself or doing anything for herself to the point that my client called me in tears upset that this woman Becky spoke to her this way and she is disabled! she told me she no longer wanted to go to this office! I have never put a review up on a doctor but everyone needs to know about Brown. I have jusyt got home and cried almost have the way here but not due to pain. He made me feel like scum. I cried half the way home and not due to pain. I wouldn't take my dog to see him. I don't know about Neuwirth because I've never seen him. I will never very over this. He did tell me to pump my hand and I was then he told me faster and I was going as fast as I could. He told me I wasn't listening to a dam thing he was saying. Then I woke up. ... read more
May the so-called Dr Brown rot in hell one day SOONER than later for what he put me through. This "man" is a MONSTER!
my husband went to the oral surgeon after being told by his regular dentist that he needed to go there to get the teeth pulled out. Dr Brown already had the x-rays. He comes in there fast and rudely tells my husband to take off his hat. Dr brown spent approximately5 minutes with him. just said you need 4 teeth taken out and a biopsy underneath his tongue.
