Everyone goes above and beyond! I love this infusion center
Neurology referral coordinator doesn’t get back to you. My referral was placed weeks ago. Had to re send it and then gather additional studies after multiple calls to confirm receipt. Left several messages. Doesn’t call back. Sometimes mailbox is full.
Very friendly and attentive front-staff. First time visit, work-flow was very efficient. Dr. Donnelly took good records of my statements and was willing to rule-out underlying causes prior to a definitive diagnosis.
The referral process was long - you need to stay on top of insurance and referring physician paperwork and makes lots of phone calls to get things done. Don’t trust this office staff.
