Very friendly and attentive front-staff. First time visit, work-flow was very efficient. Dr. Donnelly took good records of my statements and was willing to rule-out underlying causes prior to a definitive diagnosis.
The referral process was long - you need to stay on top of insurance and referring physician paperwork and makes lots of phone calls to get things done. Don’t trust this office staff.

Don't waste your time if you are looking for Urgent care and help with scary neurology issues. What I can say for positive things here are the women for scheduling, vitals, and the very nice Receptionist, who were always smiling, caring, and polite to me. The Dr I had seemed bothered I was there, seemed like he didn't care at all about what I was going through which has worsened, and in November when I called this office my Dr said for me to jot down my symptoms and he'd see me in February.😲😡🤔. I would give zero stars if I could I have been calling to get an appointment for 3 months the new pt advocate person patty literally never answers the phone after I have left several messages she left me a message said we needed a referral my doctor sent one 3 times she mailed me a letter telling me to call to make an appointment when I called and left her a message because she doesn’t answer the phone I told her I got a letter to make an appointment she left me a message to get a referral seriously I give up I called umass ... read more
