Took 2hrs to fix a key fob. I didn’t expect that. New fob Quote 500+. Holy cow!
So impressed with the service by the lady in Service at Brown Motors today! I called for service advice, and she volunteered to send Sebastian to come all the way out to my house (in a nearby city) to fix the problem before I took a chance to go to them, so no chance of me being stranded! Wow!
Travis was great, very knowledgeable and helpful, and very down to earth, he made it very easy to ask questions and was extremely informative. Everyone was helpful and easy to work with, the whole experience went very smooth.
