We had the best experience buying a vehicle and had plans to have Brown Motors service it. The service provided us was hit and miss but the service hit rock bottom with the last visit. Took a couple tries to get an appointment for tires and an alignment. We were told tire and an alignment would be a couple of hours. We were there all day.
