I give them NO STARS! My wife brought her car in for a repair, and what started as a simple issue turned into a nightmare. After first saying it needed a battery and then a fuel pump, they later told us there was “smoke damage” while working on it. When we saw the car, it was obvious it had caught on fire. We had the best experience buying a vehicle and had plans to have Brown Motors service it. The service provided us was hit and miss but the service hit rock bottom with the last visit. Took a couple tries to get an appointment for tires and an alignment. We were told tire and an alignment would be a couple of hours. We were there all day. The service manager did give my wife a ride to her appointment but made light of us being there all day.
