My experience at browns was unexpectedly very comfortable. My sales consultant Travis Jarman treated me as an old friend. From going through the trade in to getting in my new truck was a very easy transition. Thank you Travis. My husband recently got into a car accident where his brand new vehicle was totaled. Ashley, tall skinny (Jason), and the team went the extra mile for us, turning an awful situation into something more bearable. Walked in without a vehicle, walked out with one! JR & Glen were amazing!
My husband and I drove to petoskey and worked with JR and purchased our 2023 jeep grand cherokee limited it was such a smooth process we had great customer service hands down the best dealers we have delt with JR was awesome to work with they had things ready to go and we're on top of everything if we purchase another vehicle brown motors is where we will go back too.
Jr went above and beyond to help get our new vichcle. Communication was on point and helped with everything and got everything I asked for.
