They have been good to work with even though not always flawless. When something unexpected has come up, they have worked to resolve it in a mutually agreeable manner. This applies on both the sales side and service. Parts has been a bit more rigid. I get it when they have parts in stock and you want it now. This is the price to do that in this location. When not in stock and it won't bee here for a few days, I think they should be more competitive with other dealerships that can also have it on my doorstep in a few days.
Recently purchased a vehicle from Brown Motors and I have to say the entire staff we interacted with were polite and welcoming. Have had a horrible service experience with the dealership I bought the truck from. That being said, Brown Motors has more than corrected the previous service nightmare. Quick. Hassle free. Far shorter than the expected service time to complete the maintenance. Excellent scheduling. But best of all? Quick and efficient I was only there for an oil change but I was in and out in no time.
We purchased a vehicle from Zach, one of the younger salesman on the floor. We felt so amazed by just how helpful and all around attitude during our time there. He found us exactly what we were looking for and didn’t stop for a second until we had a great deal with a vehicle we liked. Great guy and will be hopefully coming back someday to buy another from him!
