Service department leaves much to be desired. I had an error on my screen for an "Active Air Dam Failure". Brought it in and they said they couldn't find anything wrong, and to bring it back the next time it happens - which is every few weeks or so. Brought it in again, along with a picture of the error message. And once again, they tell me that they can't find a problem. So now I'm almost out of warranty, and once this thing breaks hard, I'll be on the hook for repairs, since Brown couldn't, or wouldn't fix the problem... read more
