This practice has doctors leaving right and left. My first Dr at this practice left right around COVID after being there a few years. I was not allowed to choose another Dr at the practice, instead they assigned me someone. This was a brand new dr who had just started practicing. She lasted one year. They then informed me I’d have to wait to be told who they’d be assigning as my new dr, again, not allowing me any say. Called to get a sick visit someone picked up the phone I overheard someone say no and the call dropped, called several times and you have to leave a message seems like they are monitoring the calls and then start calling at the end of the day which is absolutely ridiculous if you’re sick and need a same day sick visit

I have been a patient here for many years, my dr was fabulous, Dr Edmonds. I was very comfortable with her and she addressed my needs. Now that I have moved out of state and am no longer a patient, I am being completely disregarded and my prescription refills are being denied. I was promised three more refills until I could find a provider in another state and that is simply not happening.
