Many many years ago I was lucky to come across a very wonderful doctor named Robert Velasco. My moms doctor retired and we were given a list to chose from. Thankfully we chose well, we have had nothing but amazing experiences with him and his staff. Little things have happened, nothing major- appts have always gone on schedule and he is always happy to see us! Now with my moms passing, my son became a patient now that he’s an adult. Hi everyone. WORST MEDICAL APPOINTMENT EVER! I’ve been a patient with Dr Bonatati for many years. She was great … sorry she retired. This week had my first appt with new doctor in Brown Pulmonary location in Smithfield. WORST MEDICAL APPOINTMENT I’VE HAD WITH A DOCTOR EVER! Been going here for a few years and it has always been a good experience. Any time I leave a message I generally hear back the same day. Also able to communicate via email and get a quick response. The doctors/nurses I’ve seen have all been wonderful.
