Chris came to our rescue after we had been dealing with Len the Plumber for nearly a week and STILL did not have AC! He came out the same day, diagnosed the (right!!) issue quickly and fixed the AC for a quarter of the cost that we had been quoted previously. Brown Mechanical is fair, friendly, and fast - everything you look for in a company! You have a new client for life, and we will recommend you to anyone who has HVAC needs. :)
Friendly, prompt, and professional. I gave Chris a call and he was out to my location in less than an hour. He was quick to diagnose the issue with my system and quick to fix it. He made sure everything was properly put back in place and even took special care on reinstalling my hack job of replacing the thermostat. Highly recommend!
Service was a 10/10. We needed our thermostat replaced and they came out the same day and got everything replaced and working. Chris was very friendly and got everything done quickly. Pricing was great compared to competitors! Would definitely recommend for your HVAC needs!

Chris did an amazing job. His pricing was extremely competitive and the quality of his work and professionalism was way better than the large corporate mechanical company’s. Would 10/10 recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work.
