We had a great experience with Brown Mechanical when our air conditioner suddenly stopped cooling properly. They responded quickly and arrived on time. Our technician, Chris, was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained everything he was doing. He quickly diagnosed a failed capacitor in the outdoor condenser, had the replacement part on his truck, and completed the repair during the same visit. Chris came to our rescue after we had been dealing with Len the Plumber for nearly a week and STILL did not have AC! He came out the same day, diagnosed the (right!!) issue quickly and fixed the AC for a quarter of the cost that we had been quoted previously. Brown Mechanical is fair, friendly, and fast - everything you look for in a company! You have a new client for life, and we will recommend you to anyone who has HVAC needs. :)
Friendly, prompt, and professional. I gave Chris a call and he was out to my location in less than an hour. He was quick to diagnose the issue with my system and quick to fix it. He made sure everything was properly put back in place and even took special care on reinstalling my hack job of replacing the thermostat. Highly recommend!
