absolutely awful management who does nothing but lie to employees & views everyone as replaceable. sexual harassment & racism runs rampant among employees even the manager him self & maybe not directly to customers but it is definitely talked about with employees. customers help the cashiers more then the cashier help customers!! 10/10 do not recommend to ANYONE.
I’ve never had anything but great service at Brown. Today it was extra good. I needed a new electronic key for my car and Coltin did his best to reprogram both my old keys to save me $$, but due to something that goes back to the dealer I got it from he wasn’t able to. I appreciated very much his efforts. It would have been easy for him to just straight charge me for a new key with out even trying. I’ll absolutely recommend Brown to others for such services and I thank Coltin for his professionalism.
