My review is about giving praise to a state farm worker named Jessica. My policy was recently renewed but the price was astronomically higher than what I was just paying I contacted state farm and let them know . I was contacted back by Jessica once she looked into and found out there where some mistakes with my policy and she corrected the issue . I had gotten a new car after hours and there was a problem with my bill and David personally worked on the problem for weeks until it was resolved and would keep in contact with me and let me know he was actively working on it. The problem was fixed. Everyone at his office is always friendly and helpful. Thank you David and team!
