I was a patient of Dr. Brown's for many years. I have not had to go back because of the success I experienced. I always felt that I was in great hands, never doubted the treatment and care that I received. Everyone in the office was professional and friendly. I've been going to this place since my daughter was very small I have never ever had a problem with them until today I called to make an appointment for my daughter and I was on hold for ever (17 minutes) to make an appointment thats ridiculous when she they finally answered I said I have been on hold for like 20 minutes she apologized and said um actually 17 minutes with attitude and very rude needless to say I will not be bringing my child here again!! Very unprofessional and rude service I am very upset!!!!!
