Laurel is a superstar. My hmua cancelled the morning of an event and everyone I knew was unavailable to replace her. I called Laurel at midday for to try for a 4pm booking. Not only was she delightful, she moved her own afternoon around to accommodate me. She was so personable, chatty, did not rush despite having her own event to go to immediately after me and most importantly, did a stellar job of my hair and make up.
