Dr. Brown and Dr. Kress are so thorough and patient! Not only have I been going to their dentist office since I was a little girl, I now take my kiddos and believe it or not my daughter looks forward to going! She gets prizes when she’s done with her appointment so that’s a little plus for the kiddos. Their staff is exceptionally kind and welcoming. I WENT TO GET A CAVOTY REMOVED 2 AND A HALF YEARS AGO,DR. KRESS DRILLED 2 HOLES IN MY TOOTH,AND TOOK OUT PART OF MY JAW.I WAS IN THE CHAIR FOR 3 HOURS,DO NOT,I REPEAT,DO NOT GO TO THESE " SO CALLED DENTISTS".
Came in for help with my jaw. Wore a splint from this office for a year. Was told many lies by this dentist Dr. Brown that my bite would correct itself shortly after wearing the splint, but it never corrected and the force of the incorrectly made splint also contributed to making 4 of my bottom front teeth loose. Went to a surgeon at IU, the surgeon told me that the appliance pushed my top and bottom teeth into my gums from the splint being made incorrectly and built up with acrylic just in the back and not equally all aroun... read more
When I was 15, I had a dislocated jaw. Dr. Brown was how I had as my dentist. The staff were prompt and always friendly. I had such a positive experience that I still remember it like it was yesterday, though I hadn't been back there in over 21 years. Thanks Dr. Brown and clinical staff!!!
