My Agent, Christy Smith, has been superb to work with. I called today to update my Personal Umbrella policy about 2:30 this afternoon. Before 4 o'clock I was electronically signing documents to put the policy in force and also adjust my Auto policy to comport to the new Umbrella policy. Easy to work with and extremely efficient, polite and friendly. Happy with Christy and Brown Insurance Services.

This office used to be friendly and customer service oriented. My new agent, Don, is rude, and condescending, the last 2 calls I’ve made, to this office. The policy fees, are outrageously expensive, for both home and auto. My home owners policy covered nothing during Hurricane Helene and Milton, even though I had damage to my home and property, and the auto insurance coverage, is beyond ridiculous. I will be shopping around for a new insurance agent and company.
Very happy with the service and communications I have received from Cassidi Weaver. I can only imagine what their offices have been like after back to back hurricanes. I would recommend her highly.
Kendra and Michael at brown insurance are amazing. Kendra went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions. She always got back to me in a timely manner and went over everything with me on the phone. I have business insurance through brown and I am very happy. Work with local businesses, not big corporations that you have to wait ages to get anything back and you talk to 100 robots.
