They left me high, dry and screwed!!!!! Brown Insurance contacted me 1 week prior to renewal/canceling my policy to let me know that the carrier required an inspection prior to renewal and that I needed to contact them directly. I was not notified by anyone prior to that. Called American Traditions as instructed to schedule the inspection and they told me I had to have my agent (Brown) contact them. Aboslutley the best experience. I heard a mention on FB, went and researched and did my due diligence. They returned my call immediately and I moved all of my insurance. Very professional and detail oriented. The amount I saved for the same or better coverage is staggering (I had been complacent and with insurance that is never a good thing). I had been with this agency for years because of a Lady named Shawn Lacy who used to work for them. Shawn was so far so good with keeping up Paperwork and everything else with us. Ever since she left this Agency, the Ladies who helped us with Commercial Policies and residential Policies were a mess. They don’t keep up things straight! They say one thing then do something else. I struggled for days trying to find reasonable car insurance... I gave up...talked to John Stephany at Brown Insurance... I had car insurance within 24 hrs. A good guy!
