Kim Bryant made it very easy for me to obtain new homeowners insurance for our new home. She was very knowledgeable and able to offer advice for different coverages that I hadn’t thought about but I’m glad she suggested them to me. I’ve been a Browns customer for over 15 years and will continue to be a loyal customer due to people like Kim.

They left me high, dry and screwed!!!!! Brown Insurance contacted me 1 week prior to renewal/canceling my policy to let me know that the carrier required an inspection prior to renewal and that I needed to contact them directly. I was not notified by anyone prior to that. Called American Traditions as instructed to schedule the inspection and they told me I had to have my agent (Brown) contact them. Aboslutley the best experience. I heard a mention on FB, went and researched and did my due diligence. They returned my call immediately and I moved all of my insurance. Very professional and detail oriented. The amount I saved for the same or better coverage is staggering (I had been complacent and with insurance that is never a good thing).
