You must be absolutely cautious at all times when insured by brown insurance, watch your back & keep track of every record. After receiving the worst service ever both on the phone and in person, a being treated like somebody that was receiving free service I am amazed to be receiving bills in the mail after I cancelled months ago. Went in for auto insurance quote + left very angry because the man helping me was so rude. I was treated as though I was a second class citizen and I was bothering him by inquiring about insurance. I will go somewhere else for all my insurance needs. I do not recommend Brown insurance agency
