Very difficult to deal with office staff. I recently lost insurance and attempted to call the office to inquire as to what the out of pocket expense would be for my visit. I made several attempts to speak to someone the Friday morning prior to my Monday 8 am appointment that was made a year prior but I was never able to get through to a person. Rachel, the PA is wonderful. She takes her time with her patients, cares about each and every symptom, is empathetic and offers several options without pressure or swaying you to one or the other. She is a peri and menopause expert and I highly recommend seeing her once you approach your 40s.

Dr. Colbert is amazing. Her support staff is extremely unhelpful. I was there for a visit on 8/21/2024 (Weds). I came in for two issues. One was very simple. Dr. Colbert confirmed my pharmacy and said she'd send the prescription. Somehow it wasn't done. I've been calling since Wednesday and the support staff has not only been rude but extremely unhelpful as if I'm bothering them. I paid my $50 copay, and my issues are still not addressed. Love this office! Switched to this office in June of 2023 after leaving my prior OBGYN. Currently I am in my 3rd trimester of my first pregnancy and I am very satisfied with the care of the team. Dr. Brown, Dr. Colbert, and NP Taylor have all been very compassionate and supportive. They are easy to talk to and answers all my questions. The nursing and front desk staff are also friendly and make you feel at home. I am looking forward to my first delivery and fully trust that I am in the care of the right team.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the Brown Institute of Health and Wellness. I contacted them on Saturday with an urgent health concern and spoke to the on-call physician assistant. She advised me to call the office first thing Monday morning and schedule an appointment as soon as possible, explaining that it was an emergency.
